While we are all born with certain limitations, both physical and psychological, our potential for development is grand. When we learn new skills, our brain develops neural pathways that increase its capacities and make it work in a more effective way. As students, we can benefit from this a lot. So let us see how the new hobbies can be helpful to us. Reading can be regarded as a universal hobby. Apart from letting you acquire new information and process it, reading also reduces stress. Students benefit from this hobby in many ways. Firstly, the more you read, the more you become accustomed to doing it on a regular basis. This comes in handy when you have a lot of materials to study when you are preparing to a seminar or exam, or when you are collecting information for a paper. Learn to process information which you obtain through reading, and you also learn to work with information in everyday situations. Interpreting events, responding to them and problem-solving in general are the main abilities and skills you can boost significantly as a result of reading. Learning a foreign language increases your communication skills, but also opens new horizons for you. When you speak a language, you have access to the culture behind it and people who belong to this culture. You stop perceiving things as you used to and become more welcoming towards everything new. Besides, bilingual people better solve puzzles, as researchers have found. That means better logical thinking and increased creativity. Moreover, imagine that your employers speak a foreign language that you speak as well. This is the chance for the other, often the better, side of you to manifest itself. Learning to play a musical instrument develops logic and problem-solving skills, memory, motor skills, and, of course, creativity. It has been found that a hobby like this activates both right and left hemispheres. For a student, starting to play a musical instrument it is both a challenge and a great opportunity for expanding their knowledge beyond the usual. Playing a musical instrument is similar to speaking another language. While your language proficiency will depend on your ability to interact with others in social situations, your mastery of an instrument will depend on how well you can blend the formal language of notes with creativity. Making music can be compared to finding the best intuitive solution in the situations with formal settings. Exercising is good not just for your health. When we exercise, we get the flow of BDNF, a protein which is also referred to as nerve-growth factor. It helps us perform a number of mental activities from focusing on things to memorizing them and learning new information. Exercising in general improves our blood circulation, which makes our entire body, including the brain, enriched with oxygen. This speeds up reactions and makes our minds more effective than usual. Exercising will eventually make you more effective both in your college and in future career. Meditation helps us to set up our brains for a specific wave and control how we feel. After the Dalai Lama asked Richard Davidson to measure his brain waves during meditation, the results went public a decade later causing massive attention to the practice. Not only does meditation relieve you from stress, but it also help to control your emotions. This comes handy when you are stressed-out as a student struggling between the studies and both social and professional life. Every hobby you decide to take will play in your favor significantly. Some will train your logical and strategic thinking, and some will increase your creativity and non-standard problem-solving. Physical activities will make your central nerve system work better and faster, and mediation will help you deal with everyday life stress. If you think you don’t have the time for a hobby, try to think how much of it you spend ineffectively during the week, and figure out how to make room for a few hours of fun and benefit from it in your studies.

I have learned and practiced not too use cliches and jargons in academic writing. I also allot ample time in proofreading my writings in order to minimize and correct grammatical and typographical errors before I submit them. The best way to improve my skill in accurate referencing style is by studying the common reference styles used in scholarly writing such as the APA, MLA, Turabian, and AMA. It is also important to consider when to use these types of referencing styles aside from learning how to use their format (Delany, n. d. ) To address my lack of competence in forming sound arguments, I need to organize my thoughts by structuring an outline on my topics and subtopics so that my statements and paragraphs would be coherent and clear. (2014) argued that management of third party service providers is a big challenge for the Central Bank of Jordon. Implementation of security into the bank is a key success for their organization. The passwords are kept encrypted so that no unauthorized person can able to access the customers data. The bank employees always inform their customers about card transaction using encrypted email and secured communication channel. At this study stage, security of information, privacy as well as protection of data is addressed. Throughout this study, the researcher assesses the causes of the IoT security and privacy issues. It involves of data collection about the past and present data thefts and frauds incidents and relies in originated of collected data (Roman, Zhou and Lopez 2013). The target populations for this research study are the bank employees and managers. In order to conduct this study, Jordon is mainly focused for this particular research study. Study population and sampling The populations selected for this study are bank employees and bank managers. Random sampling procedure is selected for this study to select of required participants. Central bank of Jordon is selected as the organization where the entire research study has taken place, which is grouped into both workers and managers. The selected sampling method is unbiased presentation of the group (Sicari et al. 2015). Using simple random sample method, the employees are selected from large population. There are total of 50 employees are selected from a large population as they are interested into the study along with 3 bank managers. Google scholar and university website is used to search for the required data. The keywords used for this study are IoT, privacy, security. An online survey is also conducted using questionnaire. The participants involved in this study are bank employees those are facing IoT security and privacy issues (Zhou et al. 2017). Using their feedback, the bank managers take proper IoT security preservation steps to overcome the identified data threats and frauds issues. Research Instrument considered for this particular research study is demographic information of the employees and managers. Under the demographic information, the factors are age, educational status and economic status (Tonyali et al. 2018). Online questionnaire is also taken to take survey of the employees and managers to determine the occurrence of data thefts and frauds. The survey also helps to determine the solutions against the security and privacy issues. Data analysis methods There are two types of data analysis method selected for this particular research study is qualitative and quantitative data analysis method. Qualitative data is used to record the data, which will better describe the selected research topic in detailed form. It provides with theoretical concept into practical form, which will better describe and help to understand the topic. On the other hand, quantitative data analysis method is used to apply of statistical data, which help to record of the data with larger sample size. In this particular study, quantitative data analysis method is used to do the survey of bank employees (Lowry, Dinev and Willison 2017). The researcher uses this particular technique to convert the data into numerical forms. It is subject to the statistical analysis of the collected data. The primary findings of this study are required to analyze and interpret throughout comparing it with other research findings. Based on quantitative data analysis method, it is exp ected to turn of raw materials into meaningful data throughout application of critical thinking (Zhang et al. 2014).
