Managing variation As we enter the in the raw millenium, revolution in the workforce is rapidly increasing. Businesses and organizations argon living up to the great melting pot image the United States has always been prevalent for. Employees now reflect a motley of cultural perspectives, ethnic backgrounds, ages, genders, forcible abilities, and levels of education. This wave of multiculturalism is here to stay and cannot be ignored. It is in need of heed in order to uphold the well-being and success of businesses and organizations all oer the country.One way to face this wave of motley is to learn to deport and value it (http//www.online.wbc.org/Docs/starting/ novelty.html). What is diversity? Why does it matter? Once this is accomplished, the undermentioned step would be to learn how to manage diversity in the workplace.
