Such includes a cultural policy, which offers the direction and guidelines for employees while in the organization. Consequently, an organization wins loyalty from employees, which contributes towards the achievement of success in business activities. Culture creates a struggle of promoting the brand image of a firm by establishing a common platform for individuals. Such is possible because culture brings unity among employees from different cultural backgrounds. These employees also get a chance of establishing long-lasting relationships, which enables them to displume the best from all the team members in an organization.
